Our Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of your purchase. If you're not satisfied with Opener for any reason within those 7 days, contact us and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Requests made within 7 days of your original purchase date, for any reason.

Technical issues that prevented you from using the Service and that we were unable to resolve.

Requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date.

Renewal charges where you did not cancel before the renewal date. Please cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@openr.io with:

We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@openr.io. After cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period after the 7-day refund window has passed.

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances — such as significant service outages or billing errors — we may issue refunds outside the standard policy at our discretion. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please reach out and we'll review it on a case-by-case basis.
